Arjun Kapoor: Ranveer Singh is a brother.
Ever since the
arrival of the three Khans, Akshay Kumar and Ajay
Devgn in the late 80s/early 90s, it has never been
better at the Bollywood box office. With young ones
like Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan,
Sidharth Malhotra, Sushant Singh Rajput and now
Tiger Shroff proving their mettle, guess the line-up for
Generation Next is pretty much in place.
Moreover, with each one of them being comfortable
with his skin, there is no bad blood between these
boys. No wonder, even as he turned 29 this week and
is celebrating an eventful year gone by, Arjun Kapoor
is cheering aloud for his peers. With a 100 crore
success 2 STATES behind him and GUNDAY kick-
starting the year on a successful note, Arjun is
clapping hard for his colleagues now.
"I saw Sidharth's HASEE TOH PHASEE and loved his
work so much that I woke him from his sleep and
congratulated him. His EK VILLAIN is looking
interesting too. For Varun, I was upset for the longest
time that I couldn't see MAIN TERA HERO. It would be
interesting to watch his HUMPTY SHARMA KI
DULHANIA. Ranveer is a brother and I always look
forward to his work. I am very excited about him
doing KILL DIL," he says.
Meanwhile, he is of course gung-ho about TEVAR
which is going to be his big ticket film to release this
year, after an experimental FINDING FANNY.
"We have completed more than half of TEVAR,"
informs Arjun, "It is an emotional thing to be working
with dad and Sanjay. Moreover, Sonakshi and Manoj
are good company to have. It is fun."
