Brazilian actress Morena Baccarin known for the television series Homeland and The Mentalist, was chosen for the action movie "Deadpool" , starring the anti-hero of the same name that is part of the X-Men troupe. Ryan Reynolds, who has donned the costume in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, 2009, gives life to the character.
Based on the Marvel comic book, the film tells the story of the anti-hero Deadpool, a killer who undergoes a procedure to cure cancer and has just upset, but with superpowers.
Morena played the love interest of the protagonist role with several actresses, including Taylor Schilling (Orange is the New Black series) and Jessica De Gouw (Arrow). The project developed by Fox will have the direction of Tim Miller and is set to hit theaters in early 2016.
