Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka Split Amid Rumors of Cheating On Both Sides – Report

Break-up and split rumors have been swirling around Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka for months now. It seems that the grass is perhaps looking a bit greener onthe other side- for both men and at the very least a trial separation is well underway. Neil has only been spotted leaving the couple’s NYC brownstone on a handful ofoccasions since relocating back east for his run on Broadway. According to the Aug. 25th print edition of The National Enquirer not only are the men taking a break but they both have been spotted flirting with others.

Sources say that while David Burtka often comes across as a loving Mr. Mom type he also has some pretty vital needs and has no problem leaving his twins with the nanny quite often. While Neil Patrick Harris has settled into a routine of heading for Japanese food after each show and then hitting up the bars later, David actually likes the seedier side of things. Forget about upscale anything, David can be found trolling one of the local gay clubs cruising for men like he did before getting together with Neil.

Since both men are allegedly actively seeking the company of others it’s safe to say that they have split at least for now.
