Wow! Kareena Kapoor adds glamour to her traditional look...!
New Delhi: Rather than following fashion trends blindly, Kareena
Kapoor wears what she is comfortable in. If we were to sum up her
personal style, it would be a blend of sophistication, elegance and
comfort. Recently spotted at the launch of Filmfare's September issue,
Kareena managed to woo everyone by flaunting her curves in a Soup by
Sougat Paul sari. Had she only worn the pallu under the harness of the
blouse, the ideal way to wear the outfit, she could have looked unique.
Even though she wore the pallu in the same old predictable way, the
actress, we think, managed to make the harness blouse the new 'in'
thing. Here how she made her outfits a style statement in Bollywood
Kareena Kapoor spiced up her look by wearing this choli in the popular item number 'Fevicol Se' from 'Dabangg 2'.
Kareena looked gorgeous in a one shoulder sari blouse in 'Bodyguard'. It is both chic and traditional.
Kareena Kapoor's plunging neckline was also a hit with many in 'Heroine'.
Kareena caused quite a stir in this cleavage-revealing blouse and form-fitting sari in 'Heroine'.
If you have it, flaunt it, goes the saying. And it works well in
Kareena's case. She wowed everyone when she wore a bikini blouse in
'Heroine'.
Kareena Kapoor looked stunning in this outfit in 'Ra.One'. Her top was as popular as her item number 'Chammak Challo'.
Kareena Kapoor
is yet another K-family girl who took the plunge and managed to make a
huge splash in the Hindi films industry. She had the privilege of
debuting with the Bachchan boy -Abhishek in Refugee and though the film (and Abhishek) didn’t do as well as expected, Kareena earned rave reviews.
Never in the history of films has a star
sibling risen to a status of a mega star in a short period of time as
has Kareena Kapoor. Even as a 10-year-old, when Beboo (as she’s fondly
called) tried on wigs and new shades of lipsticks in her sister Karisma’s make-up room, everyone knew that she would eventually join movies. But even her mother Babita, who has an iron hand over her daughters, could not foretell the extent of her success.
The first unconventional step she took was by signing Refugee immediately after rejecting Rakesh Roshan’s
Kaho Naa Pyar Hai. Minor differences led to her walking out of the
project, and wisely so, since the film did nothing for its heroine Amisha Patel. Refugee was a perfect launch for Kareena, who with her ethereal looks managed to carve a niche for herself as a performing actress as opposed to a glamour doll.
he film did not do well but she was noticed. She had done Yaadein in opposite Hrithik, and Kabhi Khusi Kabhi Gham, Ashoka opposite Shah Rukh Khan,
Mujhe Kuch Khena Hai opposite Tusshar Kapoor, then she has Sooraj
Barjatya’s film, a love triangle with both Hrithik and Abhishek
Bachchan. In 2003 Kareena’s Chameli released in which her performance is
being noticed. She got Stardust special award for Chameli.
Forcoming releases are with Dharmesh Darshan’s Bewafaa and Priyadarshan’s Hulchul.
